This is a well established software company comprising about 6 people in total. The staff and directors are scattered nationwide as they run a 'virtual office'. Network Business Centre acts as the outsourced administration centre, we receive all their administrative mail and manage the bookkeeping function completely. We bank cheques and maintain and monitor the credit control on a daily basis. At the appropriate times we complete VAT returns and control the expenses for all staff, we also produce quarterly managemen accounts and are responsible for ensuring that the annual accounts are audited on time. Our staff have direct access into the company intranet in order to print out sales invoices and update credit control information that may affect future sales.
The client has complete peace of mind that the accounting function is managed seamlessly, they have a full time book-keeper that is available to them at all times, but they only pay for the time that is spent on their accounts.
